From Personal Healing to Professional Purpose
My passion for supporting women and teen girls began with my own experience of seeking counseling as a teenager after my parents’ divorce. That season became a catalyst for my own healing and, ultimately, my calling to help women and teen girls.
Today, I especially love supporting mothers and daughters as they work toward healthier communication, deeper understanding, and stronger relationships. I believe healing within one relationship can have an impact far beyond that relationship—sometimes even reaching future generations.
My Infertility Diagnosis
My passion for supporting women deepened through my own health journey. There was a season when I felt unheard while searching for answers, and eventually received a difficult infertility diagnosis. That experience changed the way I view women’s health and the importance of truly listening and providing thorough, personalized therapy support for everyone I work with.
Because of that, I’m committed to slowing down and understanding your full story. We take a holistic approach to your well-being, and for those who desire it, their Christian faith can be incorporated into their treatment.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Lake Mary, Florida specializing in counseling for women, teen girls, and couples facing infertility. I’ve had the privilege of counseling women and teen girls throughout Central Florida for over 15 years. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling Education in 2015 from the University of Central Florida.
Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient mental health clinics, domestic violence shelters, and in-home family services.
In 2021, I opened my boutique private practice in Lake Mary to offer personalized, relationship-centered therapy. My intention was to create a space where women and teen girls feel genuinely supported- not rushed, not overlooked, but truly heard, understood, and guided towards healing and change that really lasts.
My practice is rooted in personalized, holistic care.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is tailored to your unique story, needs, and goals. This allows us to focus on long-term transformation, not just symptom management.
We will also incorporate Evidence Based Practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Narrative Therapy into our work together. For those that want to incorporate their Christian faith into their therapy, I would be happy to do so, and always leave this at the discretion of my clients.
You’ll have someone who genuinely cares about your well-being and is committed to supporting and advocating for you every step of the way.
I come from a big, close-knit Italian family, with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all living on the same street growing up. Sundays meant five-course meals by my grandmother, filled with laughter and delicious food. I’m now working on obtaining my Italian dual citizenship and hope to one day retire in Italy.
Traveling brings me so much joy! From ziplining in Costa Rica to seeing the Northern Lights in Norway, trekking the Great Wall of China, climbing Machu Picchu, and watching the sunset in Santorini, some of my best memories come from exploring new places. With over 30 countries visited, Italy remains a favorite - it's always a great idea!
Motherhood didn’t come as I envisioned. After marrying later in life, my husband and I faced infertility and pregnancy loss. Years of testing and treatments eventually led us to adoption and our daughter, Evelyn Faith. Her name, meaning "light and life," reflects the joy and hope she brought us after our journey of loss and faith.
