Approach

I understand the heavy burden you're carrying: The expectations, pressures, and challenges that women face today. The unmet desires, the disappointment of life not unfolding as you imagined, and the feelings of inadequacy as you juggle work, home, and relationships. The constant to-do lists, mental load, and overwhelming exhaustion can feel endless, as if you're just going through the motions and living each day feeling exhausted and depleted. 
 
Maybe you're currently walking through a loss, painful and complicated family dynamics, struggling with being single or the state of your marriage, or you feel like things from your past or childhood keep affecting you today. You want to process these areas of hurt and desire healing so that they no longer have to affect you and your relationships presently.
