I take a holistic approach to counseling that looks beyond the symptoms to understand the whole person- mind, emotions, relationships, and spiritual well-being. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the struggle, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
