Approach

The teen years can be incredibly challenging for girls, filled with fluctuating moods, anxiety, lots of sadness, body image issues, and school pressures. Many of the teen girls who come to me for therapy are struggling with social anxiety, engaging in self-harm, experiencing suicidal thoughts, struggling with perfectionism, or difficulty getting motivated. As a parent it can be overwhelming and heartbreaking to see your daughter struggle, especially when you've tried everything you can think of to help her. That's where I come in, not just to support your daughter, but to work alongside you. Together, we'll find ways to connect with her, understand what she's going through, and create a home environment filled with love and support you all need. By working together, we can strengthen your family and help your daughter navigate these difficult years.
