You’re the one who holds everything together, showing up for others and managing daily responsibilities, but inside it can feel heavy and overwhelming.
The constant mental load, anxiety that will not fully turn off, and pressure to keep up can leave you feeling exhausted and stretched thin.
Maybe you are a mom feeling pulled in every direction and stuck in cycles of overthinking, or you are carrying past wounds, relationship stress, or disappointment that still lingers.
Women’s counseling in Lake Mary, Florida offers a space where you do not have to keep pushing through on your own. A place to slow down, be honest about how you are really doing, and begin to feel more grounded, supported, and more like yourself again.
Navigating major life transitions like motherhood, divorce, grief, or loss
Constant overthinking that makes it hard to relax or be present
Struggling to rest without guilt or feeling like you always need to be doing more
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, even when nothing seems “wrong”
Carrying wounds from family dynamics, childhood, or past experiences
Struggling with communication, feeling unheard, misunderstood, or stuck in the same arguments over and over
Feeling stuck in patterns you cannot seem to break, no matter how hard you try
Noticing mood changes, irritability, or emotional ups and downs that feel hard to explain
Feeling disconnected from yourself, like you have lost who you used to be
Navigate motherhood, hormonal shifts, and life transitions with more clarity, support, and a stronger sense of yourself
Finally quiet the constant overthinking and anxiety so you can feel calmer, more present, and not stuck in your head all the time
Work through the burnout, mental load, and emotional exhaustion of trying to hold everything together for everyone else
Heal the deeper wounds and patterns that keep showing up in your life, so you can stop repeating the same cycles
Feel more confident in who you are, set boundaries without guilt, and show up more fully in your relationships
If something’s been feeling off—like you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just not yourself and it’s not improving on its own, that’s usually a sign it might be time for support. Especially if you’ve already tried to handle it on your own and you’re still struggling.
Sessions focus on what matters most to you. When we meet I will get to know you, your story, and what you're struggling with. You''ll tell me what you desire to be different in your life,. Each session will always be personalized to your unique needs and goals. No one size fits all approach here!
Most of my clients attend counseling bi-weekly. Some prefer weekly. I'll give you my recommendation, but will work with what works best for you.
I am a private pay practice. This allows our work to stay focused on you, without diagnosis labels or session limits, and gives us more flexibility to go at the pace you actually need. I can give you a superbill receipt for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
For some women, their faith is a really important part of how they make sense of this journey, especially in seasons that feel confusing, painful, or full of unanswered questions. If that is important to you, we can gently include it in a way that feels natural and supportive.
If not, that is completely okay too. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels right for you.
